Second Career is a new Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities program which offer individuals who were laid off after January 1st, 2005 the opportunity to take long-term professional training and obtain financial aid based on their needs.
The goal of this program is to help people who were recently laid off get the certifications necessary to find a viable long-term job.
